Investment Services Implementation Analyst

We are looking for an analyst to join the Investment Services Implementation team, which sits within the Global Operations group.

The Implementation Analyst role is vital to the Investment process, helping implement Fund Manager decisions, managing cash and providing Investment desk support.

We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre. The Investment Services Implementation Team sits within Global Operations.

The team mainly supports the Multi-Asset range of funds, which invests in a wide range of asset classes - Unit trusts, Fixed Income, Equities and Derivatives- but also supports Portfolio Solutions, QEP, Equities, Multi Manager and Execution Only/Support portfolios to different extents.

The Implementation Analyst will be expected to be involved in the following:
Managing local margin accounts
Regular sweeping of local balances back to base currency
Monitoring Execution Only and non standard orders raised by the Client team
Raising trades for Execution Support portfolios
Booking Private Equity capital calls/drawdowns/ad hoc trades
Monitoring inter portfolio accounting cash sweeps
Dealing with Ad-hoc queries/potential new tasks.
Experience within Operations/Middle Office/Front Office Support within the Investment Management industry
The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help

• Not afraid to use the phone when needed
• Previous investment operations experience required
• Proactive on continuous improvement, quality and delivery
• Excellent PC skills, particularly Excel.
