- Conceptualise and create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including but not limited to: advertisements, brochures, posters, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and product packaging
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project objectives and develop design solutions that effectively communicate key messages and brand values
- Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency in brand identity, style, and messaging across all deliverables
- Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, provide design guidance, and contribute creative input to projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Prepare and deliver presentations of design concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Proven experience (min 1-2 years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools/software
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and collaborate effectively with team members
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in design execution
- Ability to adapt to feedback and incorporate revisions while maintaining project timelines
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table
