£25,000 - £29,000 pa + bonus


Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm Working from home on Friday

Are you an enthusiastic Administrator eager for your next role? Could you fulfil a vital support function within a busy professional Wealth Management office?
You will be working as part of the team at a highly respected Appointed Representative of St. James's Place Plc.

The Role:
Administrator


As an Administrator, you will be the backbone of our office, responsible for a diverse range of administrative tasks to support both your colleagues and our esteemed clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and collate essential data for reports and portfolio reviews
  • Maintain the database of clients and manage diary schedules for the Partner and Advisors
  • Compile detailed information for the Paraplanner to prepare cases for preapproval
  • Process new business and liaise effectively with SJP admin teams
  • Receive comprehensive training and explore opportunities for growth within this exciting and fastpaced environment
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Proven work experience as an Administrator within a professional office environment (Financial Services experience is useful but not essential)
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Keen attention to detail, problemsolving abilities, and quick thinking
  • Effective time management, organization, and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word
  • Confidence in dealing with colleagues and third parties, demonstrating discretion at all times
