Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic team? Do you have a passion for delivering excellent administrative support, whilst ensuring that end-to-end job delivery runs smoothly? If so, we have the perfect role for you

We are currently seeking a Property Resilience Coordinator to join our team. As Property Resilience Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support services to the Property Resilience Team.

You will work closely with the team to ensure that all day-to-day operations are running smoothly, and all repairs are carried out efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end job delivery process, highlighting any delays or issues, and proactively seeking a resolution via the contractors.

You will be the point of contact for the business for contractor-related chase-ups and queries and process payments for all managed contracts.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

You will have a can-do attitude, be a team player and be able to work well under pressure.

We offer flexible working arrangements, with the option to work 8-4 or 9-5, and a hybrid working model.

You will be required to work in the office for three days per week and work from home for two days.

Our management team is open to discussing more flexible working arrangements, so please feel free to discuss your requirements during the interview process.

As a Property Resilience Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work for a company that values its employees and offers excellent benefits.

We offer a competitive salary, a generous holiday allowance, and a pension scheme. We also offer opportunities for career progression and development, as well as regular social events and team-building activities.

Our company culture is supportive, collaborative and fun. We strive to create an inclusive working environment where everyone is valued, respected and encouraged to be themselves.

We believe that our team is our greatest asset, and we are committed to investing in our employees to help them reach their full potential.
