    Moving to a role with projects that are around talent management, engagement, career pathways, working within a centre of excellence and contributing with international HR teams.

    This is a role where you will be the main HR partner for a small engineering / manufacturing population in Hemel.

    The organisation is a high precision engineering business. A $2billion T/O now $5billon organisation - through acquisitions.

    The Senior HR Manager is now involved with HR projects across several countries.

    And is now at capacity and needs an HR adviser to support her with one of her stakeholder groups in Hemel.


    If you are looking to progress to an HR BP then this role is heavily focused on stakeholder management, and you'll be working with the different COE's who you will be working with daily.

    You'll already be at HR Adviser / HR Generalist level. Will have a broad range of experience of HR experience from Talent Development, ER, HR Systems. Ideally from a matrix style organisation or operated with COE's.


    As you'll be working alongside the Senior HR Manager you will have full sight and exposure of the HR projects they're leading on.


    Now, the not so good:

    for the first 3 months this role is 5 days a week at site - your population are based here.

    It's crucial you build those relationships. After this period, they are happy to consider a more hybrid approach. Fortunately they are flexible on start and finish times.

    The recruitment process is 2 stages. The first an informal Teams. If you're both happy that this went well then there will be a second stage. This will be a formal technical interview. And that's it.

    Salary is £35,000 to £42,000. Enhanced pension; bonus scheme, and a raft of flexible benefits.
