Hyde is looking to recruit a Receptionist.

As a Receptionist, you will be working within the Facilities team acting as a point of contact for front desk at our Lewisham office.

Responsibilities

First point of contact in reception for visitors, deliveries and contractors.
Ensuring all frontofhouse areas are maintained to presentable levels.
Creating security passes for all new staff.
Promptly resolving all desk booking system queries.
Ordering stationery and keeping the stationery cupboard maintained.
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices for the Facilities Team.
Assisting with signposting, and other general office tasks.

Skills and Experience Required

Experience within Reception or Facilities (preferred)
Proficient use of MS Office
Strong Customer Service skills
Willingness to maximise customer satisfaction
