    Our team specialises in the conceptualisation and realisation of brand, cultural and entertainment projects for Prada, Miu Miu, Valentino, Gucci, Apple, Burberry, Zegna, Marni and Qatar Museums among others.

    Our core offering is based around creative agility and executional perfection. We work with preeminent creatives from the worlds of fashion, art, music, architecture, and film; and have developed a global network of affiliate vendors to bring our projects to life.

    We are currently looking for a Creative Planner to join our team based in London. The ideal candidate will be someone who can understand and manage creative projects and deadlines, to ensure the continued success of our Creative Team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the creative team's planning.
    • Develop a management tool to track progress / priorities across all projects
    • Help allocate key work to the creative team with the Associate Creative director / support the sourcing of external creative resources to support the creative effort and output
    • Identify priorities of deliverables for the Creative department across all the agency's projects and centralise deadlines in one place – in liaison with the Managing director
    • Constantly liaise with the creative team (and the Creative director) and ensure all creative work is delivered on time
    • Support with the day-to-day management of external creatives, making them aware of deadlines / meetings / reviews

    Key Experience and Attributes

    • Understand creative production and management (we believe that if the individual has previously worked in a creative function, their comprehensive and ability to manage the process would be optimised)
    • Experience in a relevant creative studio or agency (at least 5+ years)
    • Not get involved in the actual making of the work / this is a management and planning role so the individual should be clear.
    • Mature individual
    • Ability to create and develop new tools and processes for project success.
    • Strong timeline management and ability to prioritize.
