    Property Manager - Commercial Real Estate

    Commercial Office. Facilities Management. Maintenance Management. Property Management. Project Management. Service Charge.

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

    Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

    Location: White City, London

    We're seeking a Property Manager to join the West London team. You'll be a key member of the management team, shaping workplace culture and aligning with client directives. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality facility services for occupants, adhering to best practices, and understanding investment objectives for success.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Ensure KPI delivery per PMA, manage on-site operations, and resolve tenant issues.
    • Implement customer experience initiatives and oversee service partner performance.
    • Manage budgets, procure supplies, and handle insurance claims.
    • Coordinate minor projects, conduct building inspections, and oversee stakeholder visits.
    • Drive ESG targets, engage with occupiers, and promote community engagement.
    • Integrate vision and values into building services and collaborate on process improvements.
    • Provide reports, lead place-shaping efforts, and manage building facilities.
    • Participate in forums, contribute to team development, and represent positively to stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated leadership abilities and capacity to inspire teams.
    • Keen eye for detail and strong organisational capabilities.
    • Outstanding customer service acumen and adeptness in fostering relationships.
    • Extensive expertise in service charge budgeting.
    • Thorough grasp of property statutory compliance regulations.
    • Proficiency and experience in occupier fit-outs and landlord work
