Job Title:
Purchase Ledger Clerk (w/Payroll) - IMMEDIATE START


Location:
Bolton


Salary:
Up to £27k


Key Responsibilities:

-
Invoice Processing: Accurately and efficiently process supplier invoices, matching them to purchase orders and delivery notes.

Supplier Relations: Communicate with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and address any queries in a timely manner.

Payment Processing: Assist in the preparation of payment runs and ensure payments are made on time.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all purchase ledger transactions.

Month-End Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements and assist in month-end closing procedures.

Assisting with Payroll Administration and acting as holiday cover for payroll.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
