You'll be joining the Kaluza Product community.

We're a group of Product Managers and Leaders focused on translating complex needs into simple and innovative solutions that solve real customer and business problems.

We're a data-lead team, pushing the boundaries of technology and working at scale.

We are looking for diverse, inquisitive individuals that above all enjoy solving problems for their customers with technology, tooling and automation.

We're interested in the right mindset over previous experience; the way you approach a problem, search for answers and validate an option is more important than what you've done before (or where).

What will I be doing?
Our Reliability & Quality Engineering Teams enable our engineers to ship and operate their services confidently, reliably and quickly.

We provide tools, services and processes that help our teams understand the performance of their code through the entire route to production.

Ensuring quality & reliability of our platform is critical to Kaluza's success as we scale in Europe, Australia and beyond.

You'll be working with our teams to

Partner with your product lead to create and execute on the strategy for the Quality and reliability teams
Engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, championing the ability of the platform department to enable client facing value.
Use metrics and data track progress, measure success and inform decision for your area
Utilise and develop user research to help shape the future direction of the sphere
Work across the department to evolve our ways of working.

Coach, mentor and develop the product managers in your squad to help them achieve success.

Is this the job for me?
Ideally you'll have/be

An inquisitive mind that's not afraid to ask questions
Comfortable in a technical space, experience working with a platform space is helpful, you don't need to have been an engineer.
Sympathetic to user needs but laser focussed on how an outcome delivers business benefit.

Continuous discovery

Embedding user research throughout the product lifecycle, steering a course to build the best product
Data informed familiar with using quantitative data to track success
Experience engaging with a variety of stakeholders challenging their assumptions and taking them on a journey
Capable of bringing new insights to life, demonstrating potential, creating awareness, building advocacy and ultimately driving large scale adoption
Be passionate about using technology to enable carbon reduction
