    We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Research Associate to join Dr. D'Agostino's research team, focusing on the brain's processing of ingestive signals.

    • The selected candidate will contribute to a UKRI-funded project involving the manipulation of neurons using advanced genetic techniques and conducting high-throughput in vivo metabolic and behavioral analysis.
    • Collaboration within the team for projects related to molecular phenotyping and functional circuit mapping is also expected.

    Applicants should hold or be near completion of a PhD in neuroscience and/or metabolic research.

    Our facilities for animal research are top-notch and compliant with all necessary Home Office regulations. Nevertheless, if you have personal reservations regarding working with experimental animals, this position may not be suitable for you.
