    Uncapped comms first year OTE £50kDescription We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

    As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and securing Clients across the Engineering sector.

    This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

    Responsibilities Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
    Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
    Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified engineering candidates for current and future job openings.
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing them with suitable candidates.
    Act as a consultant and advisor to both candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
    Negotiate offers and terms of employment to ensure both parties are satisfied.

    Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the engineering industry and leverage this knowledge to attract and place top talent.

    Requirements Proven experience as an Engineering Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
    Deep understanding of the engineering industry and its various disciplines.
    Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with both candidates and clients.
    Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing engineering professionals.
    Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
    Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
