Small agency with a massive punch are looking for a Paid Ads specialist to join their team on a very flexible, hybrid basis.

The role:

Established about five years ago, this ecommerce digital marketing specialist has grown at a really steady rate, but with almost a quarter of their retained clients requiring them to undertake some form of paid services they now need to add to this partof their team.

As a Paid Ads Specialist you'll be responsible for creating paid search strategies and managing advertising campaigns to help their eCommerce clients deliver their objectives.

So, you'll manage paid search campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta and othersocial platforms, conduct keyword and competitor research and obviously develop search strategies, roadmaps and recommendations based on client objectives.

You'll create, analyse and present insightful and actionable performance reports for clients and naturallykeep up to date wit hall the changes and developments in the paid search industry.

What we're looking for:

So, we're really looking for someone with a couple of years' Paid Search experience upwards, and if we're being picky, that experience would also come from an eCommerce background.

Because this role is due to growth, there's a couple of ways they could resourcethis position, so if you're a Paid Specialist with morethan 2 years' experience please consider it, our client is showing huge amounts of flexibility.

You'll need Google Paid Search accreditations, Google Analytics with the ability to analyse data, and ifyou happened to have Meta Blueprint Certification that would be the icing on the cake

What's on Offer?

This is a small agency team but some really hefty clients and very strong links to a much larger digital specialist, so you get the family environment, with the big agency names.

You could work completely remotely with quarterly team meetings, though itwould be great if you could get into the office a couple of times per week.

Salary is between £25-40,000, depending on experience.
