    Description

    This opening is for a fresh position as Digital Marketing Manager, working with a property sector specialist who is transitioning their digital marketing in-house from an agency. You will have a central role in shaping marketing strategies, implementing those strategies, and boosting the business's growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to reach company objectives, such as identifying target audiences, channels, and messaging.
    • Content Creation: Generate engaging marketing content, such as ads, social media posts, blogs, videos, and other creatives.
    • Landing Page Creation: Construct effective landing pages to back various marketing campaigns and capture leads.
    • Website Management: Supervise the creation and upkeep of landing pages, ensuring optimal user experience and search engine optimization.
    • Paid Advertising: Strategize and execute online ad campaigns, including PPC, native ads, and social media promotions.
    • SEO & SEM: Apply SEO and SEM techniques to boost online visibility and generate both organic and paid traffic.
    • Monitoring and Reporting: Track marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and produce reports to gauge campaign effectiveness.
    • Budget Management: Efficiently handle the marketing budget and distribute resources for maximum return on investment.
    • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to spot opportunities and risks.
    • Social Media Management: Administer and enhance our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

    Qualifications:

    A degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role in the UK market.

    Deep understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and tools.

    Excellent creative and analytical capabilities.

    Proficiency in marketing software and tools like Google Analytics, public ad platforms, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.

    Outstanding communication skills.

    Ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team environment.

    Experience:

    Native Advertising: Minimum 1 year (required)

    Social Media Advertising: Minimum 3 years (required)

    Lead Generation: Minimum 3 years (required)

    Location: This position is office-based in Worcester, United Kingdom – with willingness to travel to other sites as needed. Hybrid work may be an option for the right candidate.

    Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 yearly plus company performance bonuses. Depending on experience.
