We are looking for a General Manager to join our team at our Toyota dealership in Sheffield on Penistone Road.

This role will see you lead day to day operations across all aspects of the site.

Branch General Manager

Sheffield

£90,000 OTE
Plus 30 days (inclusive of bank holidays) which increases with service to 33 days, maternity enhancement, Cycle2Work scheme, contributory workplace pension scheme, referral schemes, plus other benefits and incentives

The Branch General Manager role:


The General Manager, sometimes called Brand Manager, is accountable for all aspects of the site, fostering manufacturer relationships, introducing marketing strategies to improve performance, controlling finance and cost control, and of course, people management.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to help us continue growing this business.

As for training and development, Burrows invests heavily in the development of its team members. You will be enrolled onto courses relevant to you and this role. As your career progresses, we offer fantastic opportunities to develop within the group, aswe encourage personal growth.


About you:


  • Managerial Experience within the automotive industry is essential.
  • Ideally, we are looking for someone who will consistently deliver high levels of customer service, manage and develop team members, manage budgets and targets, and build on the positive culture we have within the dealership.
  • Must have full UK driving licence
