Qualified Nursery Practitioner

We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Daventry.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to young children, ensuring their well-being and development in a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences to support children's learning and development.
Provide personal care and support to meet the individual needs of each child.
Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
Keep accurate records of children's progress and development, communicating effectively with parents and carers.

Requirements:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Previous experience working in a nursery setting.
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Must have a valid driving license and access to own transportation.
