Responsibilities

  • Review and assess the operational resilience framework
  • Design and implement recommendations to uplift operational resilience processes.
  • Work crossbusiness and functions to reaffirm the branch's important business services and impact tolerances
  • Enhance the sophistication of endtoend resource mappings.
  • Design and execute riskbased operational resilience testing programmes.
  • Facilitate business assessments of outsourced arrangements and thirdparty service providers

Required Skills:


  • Operational resilience experience in a financial services organisation, third party risk management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate the complex into the simple.
