- Support the development and implementation of Service Continuity plans and processes.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify gaps in the Service Continuity program.
- Plan and lead tests and ensure that all partners are involved.
- Govern ITSC program and group testing
- 10+ years of management & governance of ITSC.
- Business Continuity experience
- Experience in planning and leading large tests.
- Good understanding of relevant regulations and standards
- ITIL certification preferred
- Experience with other IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ISO/IEC 20000, 27005 and COBIT
