    Responsibilities & requirements

    • Support the development and implementation of Service Continuity plans and processes.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify gaps in the Service Continuity program.
    • Plan and lead tests and ensure that all partners are involved.
    • Govern ITSC program and group testing

    Qualifications and Experience

    • 10+ years of management & governance of ITSC.
    • Business Continuity experience
    • Experience in planning and leading large tests.
    • Good understanding of relevant regulations and standards
    • ITIL certification preferred
    • Experience with other IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ISO/IEC 20000, 27005 and COBIT
