The role


The purpose of this role is to actively recruit learners onto Funded Learning programmes, providing high quality information, advice, and guidance to individuals.

This will be to ensure individuals are supported to enrol on the most relevant training programme and achieve their full potential.


You will also play a key part in ensuring programmes are promoted and well attended, as well as ensuring that The Learning Foundry's profile is raised across the Liverpool City Region.

Additionally, they will signpost individuals to external provision, where The Learning Foundry provision will not support them to achieve their full potential.


The right fit

  • You will have demonstrable experience in AEB, Traineeships and Apprenticeships.
  • You will have established relationships with key stakeholders, Job Centres and employers in the Liverpool City Region
  • You will be comfortable working to and achieving individual and team learner start targets and KPIs through high standards of performance inline with business expectations
