About the role
Reporting into our EA-Project Coordinator, you will support day to day administrative requirements across Boots Digital Health.
As the point of contact for day to day queries, you will actively investigate and resolve raised enquiries and issues within the team, with the support of the EA-Project Coordinator.
You will also work closely with the Clinical leadership team for clinician and rota management.- Provide administrative support to the Boots Digital Health team, acting as a point for administrative enquires and issues.
- Support with the collation of working hours, annual leave, shift swaps, sickness and appointments to inform the clinical rota, Support travel arrangements, expenses and study training/leave requests.
- Support the organisation of meetings and events, where required.
- Investigate issues, with support of the EA-Project Coordinator to provide a satisfactory resolution.
- Manage system changes such as onboarding, leavers, and contract changes.
- Provide administrative support for data management, employment contract changes, drafting and reviewing letters.
- Help create Presentations, to ensure they are on brand and organised.
- Maintain effective personnel filing utilising Employee Electronic Files in the HR system.
- Recent administrative experiences, or a relevant secretarial / administration qualification
- Experience using the full Microsoft Office suite, G-Suite, Slack, Zoom
- The ability to deal with sensitive information and demonstrate confidentiality
- Comfortable with technology and data inputting
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Proactive with a can do attitude to find solutions
