We run two businesses and are looking for a person with construction experience to undertake property maintenance and renovation on a fixed portfolio of properties.

We would also like the person to be keen to learn new skills and get involved in the work on our environmentally focused farm (fencing, woodland/land management, harvesting etc).

This job role will be very varied with many challenges. Work from cleaning, maintenance, painting, property refurbishment and renovation, land management (no livestock), plus much more in between

We are a small family business and you would be expected to mainly be solo working (or working with myself) and undertaking as much of the work we do as possible.

We are not expecting you to have experience on all the areas we undertake, so it is very important you can problem solve new issues, learn new skills at the same time as achieving high standard.

What you need to have:
A driving licence
Provide evidence of qualifications, training or past work completed
Able to be responsible for jobs from start to finish and generally needs to be a good problem solver
Ideally looking for a local person to our work that is almost solely within Burnett and Keynsham
