- Ensuring requirement and design documentation is maintained to a high standard and on a timely basis
- Specifying tasks, establishing estimates and tracking progress during their completion
- Raising and managing technical escalations reported by the team, and clearing blockers
- Ensuring changes are fully tested and correct, and that mandated assurance activities such as code reviews take place

Description
Senior Software Engineer.
As a senior developer within our Civil division you will be act as the main technical point of contact for one or more solutions, in which capacity you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a future work pipeline and resolution of complex support tasks requiring deep subject matter expertise, and ensuring technical assurance standards are maintained during the completion of engineering tasks.
In doing so you will be expected to lead other engineers as well as taking a direct hands on approach to delivery when appropriate.
