    Description

    JRS Associates have partnered up with an exciting company in the local area to Leicester - we're looking to add an experienced Quality Inspector to the team.

    The company in question boasts strong, long-lasting contracts until 2030 for added certainty on job security.

    Successful Quality Inspector - Requirements/Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that Inspection tasks are carried out as defined by the Job Card narrative, work instruction, or customer drawing
    • Carry out 1st off, 100% visual and dimensional inspection, receipt inspection, and CEO when required
    • Ensure any nonconforming parts are sentenced in accordance with the non conformance process and key information is provided by Shop Floor Personnel
    • Work as part of a team with colleagues to maximize factory efficiency
    • Be involved and carry out gauge R & R activities when required
    • Understanding of PCDIMIS operation (CMM)
    • Worked within an Aerospace/Automotive production environment for a number of years
    • Proven track record of inspection techniques and understanding of geometric tolerance
    • Apprentice trained (Desirable)

    Successful Quality Inspector - Package:

    • £36,500 to £41,000 per annum (depending on experience/shift)
    • 2 shifts to choose from (Days or Nights, 6am 6pm & 6pm 6am, Mon Thurs)
    • Onsite parking
    • Secure and permanent role
