Due to continued success, they are looking for a Sales & Account Manager to assist in their growth and manage their clients.
THE ROLE:
Develop sound understanding of customer needs & activitiesUnderstanding competitor activity and market insightsProactively managing customer retentionIncrease Client accounts through strong relationship buildingUp to date product and service knowledgeProactively identify new business opportunities and work collaboratively with the MD to convert and onboard themUtilise data and insight in order to develop proactive approach to reactivation of lapsed customers.
Develop account plans and contact strategy in order to maximise customer contact and foster and maintain robust customer relationships that grow profitable sales.
