    Are you passionate about ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and delivering excellent customer outcomes? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Compliance Assurance Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting risk-based assurance activities across our organization in line with the Group Annual Compliance Assurance Plan.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct timely Compliance Assurance reviews, focusing on Customer Journeys and Thematic Reviews, to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify and assess the impact of Compliance and Conduct breaches, communicating implications to relevant stakeholders and facilitating actions to address issues identified.
    • Take ownership of operational objectives and performance standards, ensuring compliance and delivery of high-quality assurance activities.
    • Prepare concise and accurate reports, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement or remediation actions.
    • Conduct focused customer outcome reviews across various product lines, leveraging expertise to assess outcomes and propose enhancements.
