We are looking for a Principal Agile Coach, based in Munich or London.Your Team
Our team is committed to Agile values and ways of working, and we prioritize leadership and innovation to prepare for future challenges.
As a team, we coach and mentor each other to identify organizational impediments and enable the organization to rapidly respond to upcoming challenges with innovative solutions.
We maintain a working knowledge of current Agile best practices and frameworks to guide our Agile coaching cohort and implement improvement processes across the enterprise.
The Impact You Will Have
You will be responsible for Coach, mentor, and demonstrate to other executives' Agile values such as servant leadership, an Agile mindset, and Agile ways of working.
You will Develop and maintain relationships with other executives so that you are looped in to provide guidance when new programs and initiatives are being considered.
Enable other executives to grow the organization's ability to rapidly respond to upcoming challenges and provide the environment for teams to find innovative solutions and embrace ideas that help grow our business.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include
- Designing and developing Agile processes and practices and ensuring buyin and adoption from executive leaders
- Training, mentoring, and coaching individuals' agile teams and executive leaders and creating a culture of collaboration and learning using Agile values and focusing their attention on costumers' outcomes
- Acting as an example of Servant Leadership by coaching and mentoring other executives to support their teams while giving the teams decisionmaking authority
- Providing an environment to enable the Agile teams and coaching community to innovate to grow our business
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of the Allianz common scaling frameworks and guiding others to configure them to organizational needs
- Evangelizing the coaching profession and encouraging the inclusion of Sr. Agile Coaches and Agile Coaches when their expertise is warranted
- Working in an agile environment and demonstrating a growth mindset through personal and professional development
- Achieving a high business impact and customer satisfaction through leading empowered teams.
What You'll Bring to the Role
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years experience; Master's degree and 6 years experience; no degree and 12 years experience
- Agile Fundamentals and Product Owner certification from an organization such as IC Agile, , ; SAFe POPM certification
- Vast experience scaling in Lean Agile Practices and leading virtual teams
- Vast Experience as a servant leader for a large crossfunctional team
- Proactive and able to drive topics forward with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Positive attitude paired with a strong sense of curiosity and a customercentric attitude
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, Additional languages would be a plus
