    Description
    Purpose of role The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce CRM platform. They will work closely with users around the business to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

    Key Tasks

    • Carry out administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, data upload, troubleshooting, and other routine tasks as needed.
    • Administer, create and maintain our Salesforce org and associated apps and integrations including but not limited to: user setups, profiles and roles, reports and dashboards, customized objects, fields, record types, page layouts, flows, and validation rules.
    • Provide first line Salesforce support to our users.
    • Gather requirements and designing technical solutions using best practice.
    • Assist the team to work with stakeholders to define and document development requirements for new or enhanced functionality.
    • Build new or enhanced functionality and fix bugs on the Salesforce platform in line with release and governance processes.
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical & design documentation as well as end-user guides and training materials.


    You'll have/bring

    • Salesforce Admin Cert (ADM201/202) certified or equivalent experience.
    • Experience working with Sales Cloud essential and Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud desirable.
    • Experience with Docusign integration essential.
    • Experience with other API integrations desirable e.g. SmartSurvey.
    • Experience with middleware e.g. Rapidi desirable
    • Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Good knowledge of business analysis techniques.
    • Process oriented with an ability to identify areas around the business where Salesforce could add value.
    • Knowledge of Agile Project Management and JIRA desirable.
    • Demonstrates continued personal/professional development (Trailheads, Certs etc).
    • Active in the Salesforce community.
