Description
Coworth Flexlands School are looking to appoint an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our Reception class. This role will involve supporting the teacher, preparing activities, teaching small groups and one to one support.

  • Be passionate about young children and the way they learn
  • Be able to motivate and meet the children's needs
  • Have great communication and organisational skills
  • Be enthusiastic, resilient and hard working
  • Be willing to contribute to the wider life of the school
  • Be qualified to a level 3 in Early Years, or similar


Working hours are full time - Monday - Friday 8-4pm, with the option to increase hours by covering our afterschool club 2 days a week to 6pm.
