£60,000 + BONUS
OXFORDSHIRE
This role is ideal for an insight expert with ambitions to take on a role for a renowned retail company
THE COMPANY
The company is a leading retailer, also renowned for its hospitality side, and is incredibly popular globally. Their sites turn over millions each year and only look to keep growing.
THE ROLE
The day to day of this role will involve:
- Dashboarding and reporting customer membership programmes
- Measuring success and impact of campaigns and reward programs
- Looking into older findings to make data led recommendations and identify trends
- Identifying customer segments
- Presenting insights to stakeholders both domestically and globally
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 4 years' experience in analytics, providing actionable insight
- Currently working in customer/marketing related data
- Strong personality and communication skills
- SQL essential
- Data Visualisation tool
- Salesforce desirable
