HR Technology Advisory - Manager / Senior Manager (SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors)
Our client, a truly global Management Consultancy, is in a period of pivotal growth following a highly successful 2023.
They are looking to strengthen several levels of their structure within their HR Transformation practice, more specifically they are seeking candidates who have expertise in HR Technology Implementation (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM Fusion, ServiceNow, or other Cloud HCM solutions).
You will get involved in advising clients around HR Technology software vendor selection, leading HR technology Transformation engagements and workstreams as well as advising clients around HR operating models and HR strategy.
