    Description

    The Roseate Villa Bath occupies a quiet corner of the city,
    moments' walk from the heart of the iconic Bath, a city favoured for its
    heritage and cultural tourism. The Roseate Villa Bath is an intimate, luxury
    Bath hotel offering 21 exquisitely appointed rooms and suites.

    Main
    Purpose:

    To lead and manage the Housekeeping operations on a
    daily basis, being responsible for day to day operations including lost and
    found articles, key and emergency procedures. The Head Housekeeper will oversee room
    attendants and providing support to the management team.

    Duties
    and Responsibilities:

    • Management and leadership of the Housekeeping team,
      including employee engagement, recruitment, training and development,
      performance management, coaching etc
    • Driving guest satisfaction by ensuring consistently
      excellent levels of customer service
    • Control the housekeeping budget, in relation to
      occupancy and departmental expenses
    • Monitor and control inventories for operating
      equipment, linen and uniforms to ensure stock levels are maintained and costs
      are controlled.
    • To check furnishings and equipment are clean and in
      good repair and that they are replaced or refurbished as required. Conduct
      weekly inspections of all areas, and ensure physical facilities are kept in
      optimal condition.

    Previous experience in a 5* Hotel is preffered.
