's the role?
I've been instructed by an elite US firm, with an extremely highly regarded Financial Services Regulation, on a pressing need in their team for a mid-level Associate.
The right lawyer for this opportunity will have a broad range of experience covering buy-side, sell-side, and the general financial market. You will also have experience with both public and private clients, with some exposure to fund regulatory work.
This role is largely international in nature as the team assists global clients with their expansion into novel geographies with new products, but a deep understanding of the UK's regulatory perimeter is a must.
