Group Digital Acquisitions Manager – Permanent
We are seeking a Group Digital Acquisitions Manager to join our Godalming team. This role sits within Marketing.
Role
1. Oversee all planning, implementation and monitoring of performance channels such as Paid Search, SEO and Affiliates.
2. Work closely with the Group Marketing team and specialist agencies to coordinate creative paid campaigns across various social platforms.
3. Implement a test and learn approach on all performance channels, running regular A/B tests to ensure all campaigns are running effectively, driving continued revenue and profitability.
4. Manage the performance and budget for marketing channels, including Google Paid Search, Google SEO, Affiliates and Remarketing.
5. Continuously analyse marketing and website performance to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and conversion.
6. Create agile partnerships with our retained agencies to ensure ROI and deliver to best practice standards
Experience
· Strong background in performance marketing in the insurance sector
· 3-5 years' experience in Ecommerce including campaign budgeting
· Experience with Project Management Software (Monday or similar)
· Exceptional knowledge and experience within SEO, Paid Search, Social Media Marketing and Email Marketing
· Experience with Supplier Management (SEO, PPC, Affiliates)
· Experience with GTM, Google AdWords and GA4 Analytics
· Experience in Commercial Trading Reporting (online eCommerce funnel)
General Skills
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Excellent communication at all levels, both written and verbal.
· Self-motivated, driven and able to work with minimum guidance.
· Organised, punctual and adaptable, with the ability to multi-task successfully.
· Able to work effectively and confidently under pressure.
