GSL Education are actively seeking a qualified KS1 TA for immediate placement at Client Primary Schools in Withernsea.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient Primary Teaching Assistant committed to nurturing the educational journey of young learners and, providing invaluable support to both students and teachers.
KS1 TA Assistant Role:
Establish a welcoming and compassionate presence for the children, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Demonstrate flexibility in meeting the academic and social needs of the children, adjusting teaching approaches to cater to individual learning styles.
Work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a supportive team, ensuring a cohesive and cooperative approach to education.Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging and effective learning strategies on a daily basis.
Provide personalized support to students through one-on-one interactions, addressing their specific academic and social requirements.
Grades A-C in Maths, English, and Science.
A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping children succeed.
