Sales Negotiator


I am currently recruiting for an experienced
Sales Negotiator to join my established and successful client based in
Stone, where you will work alongside a hardworking friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis.


I am for a self-motivated and driven individual who can deliver results for my client and add to the already profitable business.


If you are looking for your next step within the property industry and want to join a well-known, award winning agency, this is the role for you.


Day to Day:


  • Arrange and conduct property market appraisals & valuations
  • Arrange & accompany property viewings
  • Successfully negotiate offers
  • Liaising with buyers and sellers
  • Liaising with solicitors
  • Building and maintaining relationships
  • Dealing with general inquiries via telephone and face to face
  • Identify future opportunities

Hours & Pay:


  • Basic salary around £25,000 dependent on experience
  • OTE £30,000 plus
  • Monday to Friday
  • Saturdays this will be based on a rota (weekday off in lieu)

About you:


  • Experience in a similar
    Sales Negotiation/Property Sales/Lettings/Estate Agency role is essential

Full UK Driving Licence with access to own transport (essential):

  • Confident and motivated to hit realistic targets
  • Local knowledge will be beneficial
  • Punctual with a smart appearance
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Strong communication skills, listening/verbal

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Stone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
