- Support nursery staff in implementing educational programs and monitoring children's progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing updates on children's activities and well-being.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive nursery environment.
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting preferred.
- Genuine passion for working with children and promoting their development.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing disposition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the nursery and children.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices related to childcare.

About the Role:
Career Teachers is seeking caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistants to join our team in Sheffield. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support and care to young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
