    THE ROLE

    Due to continued growth a new opportunity has become available for an Project Coordinator to join the team. This role offers a hyrbid working model, working in the office two to three days a week, or when required for team meetings and training.

    You will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish, scheduling engineers, ensuring all the right paperwork is in place for each project, booking project dates, managing the diary, sending MS outlook and zoom invitations to employees and clients for various appointments such as client meetings and inspections, programming and data input on the internal software system, formatting data on MS Excel and MS Word, managing processes, taking calls and responding to emails. You will also be responsible for supporting the Managing Director with various administrative support duties.

    This is an exciting new role, with the opportunity to progress as the business grows.

    Your working hours will be 8-5pm.
