Job Title:
IFA Admin Team Leader

Salary:
£26,000 - £30,000

Location:
Perth / Hybrid


This is a great opportunity to join a pro-active IFA firm with an office in Perth, and who specialise in providing a tailored solution to their clientele across a range of advice areas.

This firm advises on Pensions, Investments, Protection, IHT and corporateemployee benefits.

All of this is using the latest technology to add to their service, and they offer detailed Pension reviews and cash-flow modelling to their clients.


This firm is well-established and has continued to grow and develop its name in the market over the last few years by providing a high-class service to their long-standing client base.


The role would involve supporting the firms paraplanners and financial planners with a range of administrative duties including; new business, illustrations, fact finds, liaising with providers and dealing with clients regularly.

You would be the go-to personfor help in these areas and it would also suit someone looking use their skills to provide coaching, training and potentially management of the function within the business.


There is a friendly, outgoing team at the firm and you will be an important part of that working to provide a high-quality service to the clients at the firm.


The Required Skills:


  • Financial planning qualifications would be advantageous
  • Experience in providing administrative support within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning firm
  • A professional and personable communicator who is comfortable dealing with clients of varying levels.
  • Experience in using Intelligent Office (IO) would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in overseeing, training or managing more junior members within a team is desirable.
