We are not your average call centre, we are passionate about creating a positive and fun work environment and we are currently opening the doors to welcoming a dynamic and motivated Customer Care Representative (Collections Specialist)

As a part of our dedicated team, you'll be responsible for:

Managing collections on behalf of a well-known and respected energy company
Dealing with sensitive issues whilst maintaining a professional attitude
Liaising directly with the client
Escalating calls to Management Level where appropriate

Key Skills:

Great problem solver
Customer service experience
Empathic and understanding
Excellent telephone manner
Experience of independently working complaints or concerns through from beginning to resolution
Good IT skills
Experience of working own case load in line with SLAs
Experience of working with third parties to achieve the desired result

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in collections preferably in a utilities sector
Experience of working in a contact centre environment

Salary from:
£24,000

Hours:

Monday - Friday

40 hours p/w - between the core hours of 8.00 am - 5.00pm (flexible)
