- Help support the group's hydraulic modelling capability;
- Work on a range of domestic and international engineering projects, from a building scale to regional analysis;
- Interpreting modelling results;
- Problem solving to develop practical engineering solutions; and
- Coordinating work with other members of the project team both internally and externally. Skills & Experience:
- A passion for computational hydraulic modelling;
- Experience of modelling complex fluvial analysis;
- Experience or a desire to develop flood risk mitigation measures;
- Range of hydraulic software packages (TUFLOW is preferred);
- GIS knowledge (QGIS);
- Ability to communicate technical subjects;
- Proactive character, who enjoys working in a team, with a desire to learn; and
- Good computer and IT skills. Use of Microsoft Office software essential.
