- Develop DevSecOps strategy ensuring a high level of security for their SaaS offerings
- Develop software and infrastructure security best practices and implementations
- Provide recommendations, perform complex analysis, and consult internal teams
- Provide technical leadership in addition to designs and blueprints to DevOps teams
- Demonstrable experience in a similar DevSecOps position
- Demonstrable experience with Terraform/CloudFormation
- Demonstrable experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Demonstrable experience with AWS (Accreditations a huge bonus)
- Demonstrable level of experience with Cyber Security experience (security concepts, practices, and technologies, such as access control, encryption, and vulnerability management)
- Experience with software security and development practices and implementations
- Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Security certification such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP

ADA is partnered with a Fintech in the search for a DevSecOps Engineer to join their Platform team to help implement tight security measures and establish a true DevOps culture.
Role: DevSecOps Engineer
Industry: Fintech
Salary: £90,000 DOE + Shares
Remote: Hybrid Remote (monthly travel to the London office)
Benefits: Flexible hours, Training budget, Private Medical Insurance, Life insurance
The SME provides Data analytics to Capital Markets and has gone through multiple rounds of investment. After year-on-year growth is now looking to grow its DevOps and Security team.
They have a flexible remote working setup, although some presence in London (monthly) will be required.
Core deliverables for the role include understanding security requirements and developing software and infrastructure security best practices and implementations. You'll also be pivotal in helping gear toward another successful ISO27001 audit and automating security vulnerability management.
You'll need demonstrable experience in a similar DevSecOps role; with experience in AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and Security implementation.
