Are you an experienced CMC Process Development Lead/Manager looking for a change of work? IntaPeople are proud to be working with an international specialist healthcare company, who are looking for an experienced CMC Process Development Manager to join theirteam.

The company develops and commercialises products targeting critical care.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead Process Development Activities for the current products and for the introduction of the company's new products, optimisation of the manufacturing process
  • Lead the design & execution of experimental plans to understand the process and its robustness
  • Perform process characterisation studies
  • Provide technical CMC input to project teams
  • Define and implement Product Development Plan to ensure optimum target product profile is met
  • Work alongside legal team to negotiate and implement new contracts
Skills & Experience

  • Degree level qualification
  • Experience within pharmaceutical development and manufacturing (desirable)
  • Experience managing vendors/suppliers
  • Experience with and sound understanding of cGMP, quality & regulatory requirements
