Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Work with project teams to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and communicate risks to project stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to project stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking project costs, forecasting project spend, and preparing regular financial reports.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed to the highest standard and meet client requirements.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and engineers, to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination / management.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Experience with project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
