    Our client is a business travel and events industry leader. They are renowned for high touch client service, first rate tech and continuous service development.

    This role is all about having a client first approach which is essential for client retention. The Events Account Manager will be a trusted advisor to their client and will need to understand the clients' strategic goals so that they can unearth and develop opportunities, focusing on developing long term partnerships as opposed to short term fixes.

    • Experience in Events or Groups management
    • Previous Account Management experience is essential
    • Previous Project Management experience is desirable
    • Always driven to keep up to date with travel industry news and developments
