We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Process Engineer with SC clearance to join our team.

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing production processes, creating routings, supporting New Product Introductions (NPI), and designing work instructions.

Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing operations in compliance with security clearance requirements.

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
# Create detailed production routings, including sequencing of operations, resource allocation, and time estimates.
# Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring smooth transition and successful production ramp-up.
# Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure manufacturability of new products.
# Design and document work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process guidelines for manufacturing personnel.
# Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement.
# Implement corrective and preventive actions to address process deviations, non-conformities, and quality issues.
# Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel to ensure proper execution of production processes.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
# Proven experience in manufacturing process design and optimization, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
# Strong understanding of production planning, routing, and scheduling principles.
# Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address manufacturing challenges.
# Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
# Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
