Duties to include:

  • Working with the Senior Management you will be responsible for overseeing the control of all inventories within the business.
  • Carry out regular audits and create daily stock records.
  • Ensure all standards are followed and relevant documentation completed.
  • Ensure mistakes, inaccuracies, and discrepancies are investigated, addressed, and fully resolved.
  • Help develop the company's Stock Management strategy.
  • Maintain contact with suppliers to provide materials in a timely manner.
  • Report issues to the Management Team.
  • Adhere to the Company's Health and Safety policy.
  • Provide relevant admin support where necessary.
Essential Criteria

  • Working knowledge of Sage Line 50
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a fastpaced environment.
  • The ability to communicate + prioritise effectively.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software
  • Excellent IT Skills with particular proficiency in Microsoft Word + Excel.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Full UK Driving License.
Desirable Criteria

  • Forklift License.

Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
