Successful candidates will on a variety of projects - large and small across Yorkshire, The East Midlands and the North East.
Project work is varied with active projects across a range of sectors including but not limited to Town Centre Regeneration, Commercial, Mixed Use and Residential.
A core element of our client's residential work is both at the delivery stage acting for national housebuilders, but also at the strategic land promotion stage, working on behalf of land owners, promoters, landed estates and housebuilders.
Working both alone and with team members to develop planning strategies; Drafting and/or reviewing reports, co-ordinating the preparation and submission of planning applications/ appeals and representations.
