About Our Client:
The client is a Public Sector and Government organisation based in Leeds.
- Key responsibilities include:
- To assist with the administrative side of the tender process and other procurement activity, filing bid responses, handling clarifications
- Setting up evaluation templates and sending successful / unsuccessful letters to suppliers, purchase orders, Contract Award Notices, invoicing and reporting + other duties as required.
- Supporting and leading the wider team
The Successful Applicant:
The Senior Procurement Administrator will be offered:
- Experience within a Procurement, Purchasing or Contracts role or have an interest in it.
- Available immediately
- Be able to lead a team
- Have strong administration skills
