About Our Client:

The client is a Public Sector and Government organisation based in Leeds.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • To assist with the administrative side of the tender process and other procurement activity, filing bid responses, handling clarifications
  • Setting up evaluation templates and sending successful / unsuccessful letters to suppliers, purchase orders, Contract Award Notices, invoicing and reporting + other duties as required.
  • Supporting and leading the wider team

The Successful Applicant:


The Senior Procurement Administrator will be offered:

  • Experience within a Procurement, Purchasing or Contracts role or have an interest in it.
  • Available immediately
  • Be able to lead a team
  • Have strong administration skills
