    You will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, fixing hardware and network issues, and dealing with major incidents across various locations.

    This role demands a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service to meet the IT needs across our clients' sites.

    These are predominantly in South Wales; however, there are also sites in other locations in the UK.You will need to have a strong background in troubleshooting and know how to effectively escalate issues if they arise.

    You will be expected to have most, if not all, of the following experience:
    Proven and demonstrable software and hardware troubleshooting skills, experience in a Support roleMicrosoft Windows 7 and 10 Operating Systems - Deployment, configuration and supportExperience with the Office 365Windows Server Support and Domain managementMicrosoft SCCMExperience in Virtual Server Management, Networking, DNSExcellent customer-facing experience and strong communication skills
