Description

NG Bailey IT Services are currently recruiting for positive, flexible and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to to further strengthen the team in effectively managing all work requests, allocating resources and billing.


The Customer Service Coordinator is part of a wider team that provides a single point of contact where duties include: Incident Management, Resource Scheduling, Request Fulfilment, Project Co-Ordination and general information for all Incidents, Matrix and Planned work instructions by our customers.


You will:


  • Ensuring the NB Bailey systems are kept up to date at all times
  • Professionally represent the company at all times, protecting the company assets and its reputation.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and reach mutually beneficial solutions
  • Raising PO's and checking orders
  • Collating required permits and other documentation to ensure work can go ahead as planned and in line with health and safety guidelines
  • Proactively monitor and manage assigned SLA's escalating to Management where required
  • Produce regular reports on status, issue and closure of all work assigned to ensure that assigned work is managed to SLA's.

You will have:


  • Prior experience as a Customer Service Coordinator in a similar environment or related service businesses.
  • To be considered for this demanding role you will be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be comfortable working under pressure
  • Good communication and excellent customer care skills are essential as will previous experience using MS Office packages mostly Excel and Word
  • Resourcing Scheduling (Desirable)
  • Good understanding of geographical areas (Desirable)
